SHIPPING PROCEDURES AND FREIGHT POLICY

Shipping Repair Work to Us:

Wrap all tools (blades, shears, clippers, dryers) in suitable wrapping to protect from damage.   Place suitable packing material around the wrapped tool so as to prevent bumping / rattling inside shipping container.   Ship tools by a carrier of your choice to our location below.

Our Shipping Procedure:

All shipping from our location is currently being conducted by UPS.    All freight charges are assumed by the customer and are included on the invoice at the time of shipping (see payment terms.)

 

 

Freight Policy:

You will be charged what UPS charges us.   Rates average $5.00 to $10.00 but can be slightly more due to the following criteria:

  •         Residential or Commercial Deliveries

  •         Distance Shipped

  •         Package Weight and Size

  •         Special Considerations such and Insured Packages or Guaranteed Delivery Times, C.O.D.'s, etc...

 

FREIGHT DAMAGE CLAIMS

Inspect your shipment immediately upon receiving.   If any damage is noted do the following:

  •         If there is damage to the shipping container, have carrier inspect and note damage.

  •         If there is damage to the contents, contact “A Pruitt Perfect Edge” immediately, we will then obtain your UPS tracking number so you can then call UPS  at 1-800-PICKUPS to file your claim.

 

LATE DELIVERIES / DELIVERY INQUIRIES

In the unlikely event your package arrives later than the expected delivery date contact “A Pruitt Perfect Edge” @ 1-888-818-7978.

 

 

PAYMENT TERMS

We accept VISA,  MasterCard and Discover.   We also accept Bank Debit Cards with the Visa / MasterCard logo.   We can do UPS  C.O.D.’s  ($10.00 Charge) or pre-payment by check for sharpening and merchandise only.  This is because clipper and dryer labor and parts costs are not known until after work is completed.   Also, be sure to include an averaged fee of $8.00 for shipping.     NOTICE:  A $25.00 fee will be charged for all returned checks.

       
 

 

All Pricing is Based Upon Current Shipper Charges with Fuel Surcharge Rates Included.  These Rates are Subject to Change Without Notice.
